How OnlineImageBlur Keeps You Secure
Traditional online image editors are hosted in the cloud. When you upload a photo to blur a phone number or document, that image travels over the public network to a remote backend server, where it is decoded and stored. If that server is compromised, your sensitive data is exposed.
OnlineImageBlur utilizes modern web technologies (HTML5 Canvas APIs, local file reading, and Client-Side WebAssembly OCR compiled from Tesseract's C++ source) to run text detection scripts directly in your local sandbox. The canvas pixel arrays never leave your browser window, making leaks physically impossible.
We only connect to database APIs to sync credit levels or manage premium subscriptions securely via Cashfree, ensuring that absolute convenience is paired with ironclad client-side privacy.
